Description
The Intramural Research Program (IRP) at Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUCCC – James) provides competitive, peer-reviewed seed grants to catalyze high-impact cancer research. Funded primarily through Pelotonia and donor contributions, the IRP supports a range of projects—from high-risk basic science to community-based partnerships and clinical trials—with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and projects likely to lead to future NCI funding. Special initiatives include the BRIDGE program for young adult and early-onset cancers and Team Science awards for multi-college collaborations.
