The Early Career Interdisciplinary Scholars Fellowship (ECISF) Program, organized by the Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD), aims to bridge disciplinary boundaries by connecting early career scholars from fields outside psychology or human development with senior developmental scientists. The program is designed to foster interdisciplinary exchange, enabling fellows to engage with developmental theory, present their research, and build professional networks at the SRCD Biennial Meeting. Selected fellows and their mentors receive complimentary registration to the Biennial Meeting and participate in professional development activities, interdisciplinary symposia, and mentoring sessions. The goal is to expedite the flow of ideas and generate innovative interdisciplinary collaborations that advance the science of human development.
