Description
The Early Education and Out of School Time (EEOST) Small Grant Program is part of a Massachusetts capital fund administered by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), with MassDevelopment serving as financial intermediary for small grants. It supports the development and improvement of licensed, center-based early education and out-of-school time facilities serving low-income families.
