Key Information: Applicants must be full EASP members in good standing.
The Research Knowledge Transfer Scheme (RKTS), run by the European Association of Social Psychology (EASP), supports initiatives serving members from regions where scientific information, facilities or funding are scarce compared with European standards, or whose backgrounds are underrepresented in social psychological research. Its purpose is to establish or substantially widen research networks, including networks focused on innovative or underrepresented topics and methodologies.
Supported activities include networking events with a clear training component, researcher visits involving teaching or development activities, online meeting services, research assistants needed to establish networks, and seed funding for collaborative research arising from an initiative. Activities should extend beyond a single meeting and include measures for sustainability. Involvement of junior and postgraduate researchers is encouraged, as are connections between researchers within and outside Europe.
