Description
The EAST INVEST-C Research Hackathon is an annual, immersive program organized by the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma (EAST) to empower early career trauma and acute care surgeons. The initiative aims to break down barriers to research progress by providing participants with structured mentorship, research design support, collaboration opportunities, statistical expertise, and editorial guidance. Over a focused two-day, in-person event, selected young investigators work intensively with established mentors and peers to transform promising project ideas into actionable research plans ready for grant submission and publication.
