Description
The ECASU Mini-Grants program, funded by Delaware Health & Social Services (DHSS) through the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH), provides direct funding to community-based organizations (CBOs) in Delaware to strengthen their capacity to engage local communities affected by opioid and stimulant use disorders (OUD/STUD). The initiative aims to build internal organizational capacity by supporting projects in one of two focus areas: (1) enhancing referral pathways to OUD/STUD treatment and resources, or (2) workforce development to better equip staff, board, and volunteers to address substance use challenges in their communities. This opportunity is part of the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant program and is administered by Bowling Business Strategies (BBS) on behalf of DSAMH.
