The Emporia Community Foundation (ECF) offers annual grants to support innovative and creative projects that address changing community needs in the areas of health, social service, education, recreation, and cultural affairs. ECF’s grant committees, comprised of board members and community representatives, prioritize projects that demonstrate originality and respond to critical needs in Emporia and the surrounding region. Preference is given to initiatives that are not directly tax-supported or do not have taxing authority, encouraging new ideas and community-driven approaches.
