The Initiative Foundation’s Economic, Community, and Workforce Development Grants are designed to foster resilient regional economies in Central Minnesota. These grants support early-stage, pilot, and innovative projects that aim to strengthen communities, increase economic opportunity, and build a robust workforce. Applicants can select from three focus areas: Economic Development, Community, or Workforce. Each category targets efforts that promote strong communities and long-term economic growth.
