The Initiative Foundation’s Economic, Community, Workforce Development Grants aim to foster strong communities and a resilient regional economy throughout Central Minnesota. Applicants may select from three grant options—Economic Development, Community, or Workforce—depending on their project’s primary focus. The program encourages creative approaches that address local challenges and opportunities, helping to build capacity, expand opportunities, and improve quality of life in the region.
