Description
The Economic Mobility Fellowship, offered by the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program, is a cohort-based leadership initiative for senior leaders in large, for-profit companies who are committed to expanding economic opportunity and mobility within the United States. Rather than providing research funding, the fellowship offers a structured experience focused on reflective learning, peer networking, and practical tools to help participants align business growth with increasing opportunities for low-income individuals and families. Fellows join a community of corporate leaders working to drive scalable, meaningful change both inside their organizations and across the broader economic landscape.
