Description
The First Movers Fellowship, offered by the Aspen Institute's Business & Society Program, is a year-long professional development program designed for corporate social intrapreneurs—innovators within large companies who are creating new products, services, and management practices that generate business value and positive social or environmental impact. The fellowship provides a structured experience with three seminars focused on innovation, reflection, leadership, and community. Fellows benefit from deep reflection, meaningful connections, and tools to help drive enduring change both within their organizations and across industries.
