The First Movers Fellowship, offered by the Aspen Institute’s Business & Society Program, is a year-long professional development opportunity for senior business leaders who are passionate about advancing inclusive, equitable, and resilient systems within their organizations and beyond. The fellowship brings together accomplished intrapreneurs—innovators embedded within large companies—who are actively creating new products, services, and management practices that align business value with positive societal impact.
Fellows participate in a structured program that includes three seminars focused on innovation, reflection, leadership, and community. The experience is designed to foster deep personal and professional growth, helping leaders turn their values into lasting organizational and societal change. Participants join a global network of over 300 alumni, gaining access to peer support and ongoing leadership resources.
