    Description

    The First Movers Fellowship, offered by the Aspen Institute's Business & Society Program, is a year-long professional development program for senior leaders working inside large, for-profit companies. The fellowship is designed to empower business innovators to integrate social and environmental impact with business growth, fostering a community of forward-thinking professionals who are committed to building more inclusive, equitable, and resilient systems. Fellows participate in three multi-day seminars, engage with a network of peers and experts, and pursue a meaningful project that advances both business profitability and positive societal impact.
