Description
Hampton Roads Community Foundation’s Economic Stability Community Grants help people living with poverty and other barriers become stable and self-sufficient. Part of its Competitive Community Grants program, the funding serves South Hampton Roads, Virginia. It emphasizes housing, sufficient income, financial management skills, and stable employment as foundations for helping individuals and families pursue their goals and reduce economic insecurity.
