The VentureWell Ecosystem Futures Fellowship is a one-year immersive program for faculty and higher education leaders in the United States, designed to advance the creation and expansion of sustainable and inclusive STEM innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) ecosystems. Building on the legacy of VentureWell’s Course & Program Grants, the fellowship provides funding, professional development, mentorship, and access to a national network of changemakers. Participants develop STEM I&E ecosystem growth plans with a focus on environmental sustainability and inclusive innovation, engage in collaborative learning experiences, and participate in on-campus immersive events and communities of practice. The program encourages institutional change by supporting the integration of I&E across courses, co-curricular activities, and campus policies, particularly targeting underrepresented and emerging groups.
