The VentureWell Ecosystem Futures Fellowship is a one-year professional development program designed for faculty and higher education stakeholders aiming to advance innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) within STEM fields. The fellowship focuses on building institutional capacity for environmental sustainability and inclusive innovation, empowering teams to develop and scale courses, policies, and co-curricular programs. Fellows collaborate with university leadership and external partners to create STEM I&E ecosystem growth plans, engage in immersive experiences, and participate in a national community of practice. The program is especially committed to supporting projects that address significant social, health, or environmental challenges and that expand opportunities for underrepresented groups in STEM.
