The ECRAC Resiliency Grant provides rapid-response, flexible funding to individual artists, culture bearers, and arts organizations in East Central Minnesota (Region 7E: Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine counties, and Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe lands). The grant is designed to help applicants address urgent needs—such as equipment replacement, emergency travel, or time-sensitive collaborations—or to seize sudden opportunities like pop-up exhibitions or last-minute invitations. Funding supports creative projects in any discipline or format (online, in-person, or hybrid) and emphasizes inclusivity, responsiveness, and community engagement.
