--- ## Description The ECRAC Resiliency Grant provides flexible, rapid-response funding for individual artists, culture bearers, and arts organizations in East Central Minnesota. Designed to help the arts community respond to unexpected challenges or take advantage of sudden opportunities, this grant supports creative projects in any format—including online, in-person, or hybrid. Eligible uses include urgent needs (e.g., equipment replacement, emergency travel, time-sensitive collaborations) as well as last-minute opportunities (e.g., pop-up exhibitions, cultural gatherings).
