Key Information: Applicants must not have previously worked at the proposed host institution or under the proposed mentor.
The ECTRIMS-MAGNIMS fellowship is a joint programme of ECTRIMS and the European Magnetic Resonance Imaging in MS network. It supports young researchers developing their careers in multiple sclerosis through one year of mentored research at European laboratories or clinics. Projects may involve basic, clinical, or applied research, but must relate to magnetic resonance imaging in MS.
ECTRIMS supports two fellowships annually. The programme promotes cross-border exchange through placements within the MAGNIMS network or at other institutions approved by its Steering Committee. Fellows develop a research project with their proposed mentor and share their work at ECTRIMS congresses and MAGNIMS meetings, connecting their training with both organisations’ scientific activities.
