Description
This funding initiative is designed to strengthen and sustain community groups led by and representing ethnically diverse communities in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole (BCP) area. Through a partnership involving the Dorset Community Foundation, Community Action Network (CAN), Dorset Race Equality Council, and BCP Council, the fund provides targeted support for training, consultancy, technology, and projects that enhance governance, sustainability, and skills. The programme is part of a broader three-year project (2024–2027) funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, aiming to develop leadership, build resilience, and ensure long-term impact for grassroots organisations serving ethnically diverse populations.
