The SAEMF Education Project Grant provides one-year funding of $20,000 to support innovative projects in teaching, education, and educational research within emergency medicine. The grant is intended to foster novel, measurable, and reproducible research that addresses knowledge gaps or introduces new approaches to emergency medicine education. Projects may focus on a wide range of topics, including assessment methods, instructional strategies, educational outcomes, technology-enhanced learning, simulation, and bias in educational materials. Both qualitative and quantitative research are eligible, and funded projects should yield resources or findings that benefit educators in the emergency medicine community. Awardees are expected to disseminate results through presentations at the SAEM Annual Meeting and publication in peer-reviewed journals.
