Education Resource Grants support school, arts organization, and artist partnerships delivering standards-based arts learning to strengthen arts education for Delaware pre-K–12 students.

Funding Amounts: Up to $15,000, limited to 30% of direct cash expenses; 1:1 cash match required

Key Information: Projects must augment existing school arts programs, not replace them or fulfill state mandates.
Description
Education Resource Grants, administered by the Delaware Division of the Arts, support partnerships among Delaware schools, arts organizations, and artists to provide standards-based arts learning for pre-K–12 students. The program strengthens school-based arts education and arts organizations’ capacity to serve students and teachers in Delaware public schools.
Supported projects include hands-on classroom arts activities, curriculum-based programs before or after school, integration of arts with other subjects or arts disciplines, and development of standards-based curricula or assessment tools. The program encourages collaboration between arts and classroom teachers around shared objectives and instructional approaches that can influence current and future teaching. Virtual programming is eligible when it meets the program guidelines.
