Description
The Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program is a source of federal criminal justice funding for states and local jurisdictions. In Rhode Island, the Public Safety Grant Administration Office administers the program. JAG supports law enforcement, prosecution and courts, prevention and education, corrections, drug treatment and enforcement, crime victim and witness initiatives, and planning, evaluation, and technology improvements.
