Description
The Edwards Community Endowment Program (ECEP) is a matching-grants initiative of the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation (NCCF), designed to help local nonprofits establish a new endowment or grow an existing one. Through a $1 match for every $4 raised (up to a $20,000 maximum match), the program aims to foster long-term financial sustainability and organizational stability for nonprofits in NCCF’s 20-town service area. All funds (raised and matched) are placed in a permanent, named endowment managed by NCCF, supporting the organization in perpetuity.
