Description
This grant supports the professional and didactic development of teachers in Denmark’s public and private primary schools and gymnasiums (upper secondary schools) who teach science, technology, or mathematics. The aim is to promote scientific literacy and strengthen interest, knowledge, and competencies in science, technology, and sustainability among children and youth. Funding is provided for individually tailored, practice-oriented continuing education through short formal or informal courses, as well as for three development days to apply new skills and foster collaboration at the teacher's own institution. The grant is intended to enhance teaching quality, job satisfaction, and peer-to-peer learning.
