Description
This grant, administered by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, aims to enhance scientific literacy and foster greater interest, knowledge, and competencies in science, technology, and sustainability among children and youth in Denmark. It provides support for teachers’ ongoing professional and didactic development through individually tailored, practice-oriented continuing education. The funding is intended for participation in short formal or informal courses and for subsequent collaborative development of teaching practices at the teachers’ own institutions. The program also seeks to provide time for reflection, job satisfaction, and peer collaboration.
