    Description

Együttható (Civil-Business) supports cooperation between rural Hungarian civil society organisations and the private sector. It is a sub-programme of Aspektus+, a four-year capacity-building programme combining grants, knowledge sharing and networking for rural NGOs. European Commission support comes through the EU-funded CLD: Communities for Local Democracy project, which runs the call and awards and pays the funding.

The programme helps the two sectors find a common language and encourages businesses to participate in community-level social change. Priorities include active citizenship, inclusion, representation of marginalised groups and equality, alongside challenges such as environmental protection and access to services. Cooperation should also help civil society organisations achieve their goals and become more sustainable. The 16 supported projects are intended to demonstrate the potential of rural civil–business cooperation, including both new partnerships and organisations already experienced in working with companies.
