The Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne’s signature operational grant program, these grants support nonprofits whose work aligns with one of five pillars of the “Let’s Rise!” Vision Plan: Connected Community, Everyone’s Economy, Lifelong Learning, Inspiring Places, and Healthy Mind & Body. Grants are intended to build community well-being and quality of life throughout Allen County and Northeast Indiana, with a focus on equity, inclusion, and lasting impact.
