Description
The Emergency Historical Resource Development Program (Emergency HRDP) is a special funding stream managed by the State Historical Society of Iowa to address urgent and unforeseen preservation needs affecting Iowa’s documentary collections. This program is designed to provide swift financial support for projects that safeguard, conserve, interpret, or enhance critical historical materials during emergency situations. For the current cycle, only emergency applications focused on documentary collections (such as documents, records, photographs, newspapers, and similar materials) are being considered.
