Description
The Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM) administers the Emergency Management Performance Grant in Arkansas. ADEM is the grant recipient, and local jurisdictions are subrecipients. Its annual local program supports emergency management activities through reimbursement of salary and fringe benefits for positions listed on the application, as well as Arkansas Emergency Management Association conference registration fees for up to two people.
The FY25 award’s stated goal is to help emergency management agencies implement the National Preparedness System and build a secure, resilient nation.
