Description
The Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) Program provides federal funds through the Alaska Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHS&EM) to support state and local agencies in enhancing their all-hazards emergency management capabilities. The program aims to strengthen preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery efforts across Alaska by funding key emergency management personnel and supporting critical coordination between federal, state, local, tribal, and regional partners.
