Description
The yearlong Emerging Leaders Fellowship is designed for new faculty and those transitioning to leadership roles in academic family medicine. The program provides intensive leadership training, practical tools, and ongoing mentorship from established leaders. Fellows participate in a structured curriculum that includes attending two national STFM conferences, an in-person workshop, regular leadership activities such as peer synergy groups and conference calls, and completion of a leadership project.
