Description
The Emerging Leaders Fellowship is a competitive, yearlong professional development program designed for new faculty and individuals transitioning to leadership roles within family medicine education. The fellowship provides a structured curriculum that includes mentorship from experienced leaders, hands-on leadership practicums, peer synergy groups, and regular conference calls. Fellows are expected to attend two national STFM conferences, participate in a mid-year workshop, lead a project from start to finish, and present their work at a national conference.
