The AORN Foundation's Emerging Leaders Grant is designed to empower perioperative nurses who are preparing for or have recently assumed their first leadership roles. The grant provides recipients with resources to cultivate essential leadership skills and build professional networks, including AORN Leader Membership, registration for the 2027 AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo Leadership Summit, and access to leadership-focused education and support. The overall aim is to foster the next generation of perioperative nurse leaders, supporting both career advancement and high-quality patient care.
