Description
The Emerging Leaders in Wildlife Grant is offered by The Wildlife Society’s Student Development Working Group (SDWG). It provides support for any professional development activity, including conference travel, workshops, and specialized training. Its focus extends beyond attendance at The Wildlife Society’s Annual Conference, allowing support for a broader range of professional development opportunities.
The grant is part of a wider network of travel support offered by The Wildlife Society and its chapters, sections, and working groups for the Annual Conference and other TWS-related meetings. Within that network, the Emerging Leaders in Wildlife Grant centers on professional development itself rather than participation in a particular meeting.
