Description
This grant is designed to enhance the mathematics content knowledge of elementary (PK–5) teachers who have demonstrated a strong commitment to mathematics teaching and learning. The funding supports sustained professional development activities focused on deepening mathematical understanding and instructional practices. The goal is to develop elementary mathematics teacher-leaders who will provide ongoing professional development to their peers, thereby strengthening mathematics instruction and learning outcomes within their school or district. Eligible activities include coursework, conference attendance, in-service programs, and classroom materials directly related to mathematics content development.
