Description
The Employer Training Grant, administered by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD), is designed to help Indiana employers address workforce needs by supporting the training, hiring, and retention of employees in high-demand roles. The program targets six priority sectors—advanced manufacturing, agriculture, building and construction, health and life sciences, IT and business services, and transportation and logistics—by offering reimbursement for job skills training that leads to industry-recognized credentials or specialized company training. The initiative aims to strengthen Indiana’s workforce and help businesses grow their talent pipeline.
