--- ## Description The LGBTQ Fund at the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham is a charitable endowment dedicated to strengthening the infrastructure of organizations led by or serving LGBTQ individuals in Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Blount, and Walker counties in Alabama. The Fund supports services for LGBTQ youth, individuals, and families; provides educational opportunities highlighting LGBTQ community needs; fosters collaboration between LGBTQ and other community organizations; and supports nonprofit partners working on public policy and social justice issues intersecting with LGBTQ concerns.
