Description
Nike’s N7 Fund invests in nonprofit-led work that elevates Indigenous communities across North America through sport and physical activity. Administered by CAF America, the fund supports organizations serving Native Hawaiian, Alaska Native, First Nations and Native American youth ages 7–17, with an emphasis on girls. Its goal is to create a culture of belonging in sport that welcomes Indigenous youth to play and powers the future of youth sport.
All grant awards support projects promoting sport or physical activity. The program favors organizations intentionally serving Indigenous communities, with representative boards and staff, and projects that address clear local needs through creative approaches or proven methods. Careful planning, clear goals, sustainability, reasonable budgets and support from multiple sources are also priorities. Research projects are not funded.
