Description
Champion Grants from the Alabama Power Foundation fund teams of public high school teachers (grades 9–11) to pursue professional development and acquire instructional resources aimed at improving student achievement in math and/or science. The grant is designed to foster teacher collaboration, support targeted professional development, and integrate effective classroom technology and resources, all with the goal of boosting college or career readiness among students. Applicants must articulate how their proposed activities will enhance learning outcomes and describe methods for measuring student achievement.
