Mid-America Arts Alliance’s Engage program offers a suite of customizable capacity-building and technical assistance initiatives for nonprofit arts and cultural organizations. Through programs such as Engage Lubbock and Engage US, organizations receive tailored support including workshops, peer learning, one-on-one coaching, and cohort-based activities. The aim is to help organizations strengthen leadership, clarify mission and values, improve management and governance, build financial resilience, expand community engagement, and embed access and inclusion in their operations.
