Engage is a suite of customizable capacity-building programs led by the Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA) to help arts and cultural organizations adapt, innovate, and strengthen their resilience. Through workshops, coaching, peer-to-peer learning, and technical assistance, Engage empowers organizations to clarify their mission, build cross-sector partnerships, strengthen management and governance, and develop sustainable practices. Programs are tailored to the needs of organizations and may focus on leadership, finance, community engagement, inclusion, and more. Engage supports both regional and national cohorts, including specialized offerings like Engage US and Engage Lubbock.
