Description
Rising Together Grants are the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne’s flagship operational funding opportunity, designed to align nonprofit work with the foundation’s “Let’s Rise!” Vision Plan. Grants are awarded to support the ongoing operations of organizations that contribute to one or more of five strategic pillars: Connected Community, Everyone's Economy, Lifelong Learning, Inspiring Places, and Healthy Mind & Body. Funding is unrestricted and intended to help nonprofits advance their mission and impact in Allen County and Northeast Indiana.
