Description
This program funds projects designed to enhance the ability of patients, families, caregivers, and the broader healthcare community to participate as partners in patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER). The grant aims to empower non-researchers to engage meaningfully in research, strengthen researchers’ collaboration skills with patient and community partners, and allow previous awardees to expand their capacity-building efforts. The focus is on fostering sustained, impactful partnerships throughout the research process, not on conducting research studies themselves.
