Description
Atlas Network’s Engaging Hearts & Minds grant opportunity supports partner organizations working to build community support for economic rights, personal freedom, and the rule of law. The program focuses on influencing the market of ideas and shifting the Overton Window toward a free society. It emphasizes the societal and cultural transformation that enables local think tanks to advance effective policy solutions.
Supported approaches include educational programs and outreach campaigns promoting liberty and free-market principles, leadership development for emerging advocates, and media and communications efforts reaching broader audiences. Projects may also use art, culture, and other creative approaches to connect with diverse audiences, or build alliances, partnerships, and coalitions to amplify their message.
