--- ## Description The English Access Microscholarship Program offers talented, economically disadvantaged youth (typically ages 13–20) the opportunity to learn English through after-school classes and intensive sessions. The program aims to equip participants with English language skills that can open doors to better job prospects, further education, and access to future academic exchanges or study opportunities in the United States. Since 2004, the program has served over 150,000 students in more than 80 countries and is currently administered by American Councils in Moldova and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
