Description
This funding opportunity aims to enhance the ecodesign and circularity of construction materials and products by supporting projects that develop, test, and demonstrate innovative solutions. The focus is on promoting durability, reusability, reparability, separability, and recyclability of construction products, while also considering lifecycle environmental impacts and the presence of contaminants. The call encourages mechanisms to reward circular design and product durability and seeks synergies with the New European Bauhaus initiative and related EU projects. Involvement of SMEs and regional ecosystems is strongly encouraged to help achieve the EU’s climate, zero pollution, circular economy, and biodiversity targets.
