This grant supports PK–12 mathematics teachers and coaches in developing and implementing innovative classroom lessons or professional development that leverage tools and technology to make mathematical abstractions more concrete, visualize mathematical concepts, and support mathematical modeling. Funding is intended for manipulatives, apps, programs, and software (not hardware) that provide hands-on learning experiences, and for professional development resources that enhance teaching practices. Proposals must include a clear plan for evaluating the impact on student and/or teacher learning.
