Description
The Entrepreneurial Proof of Concept (EPoC) grant supports bioscience research with a path toward establishing a new business in Delaware. It is one of four mechanisms in the state-funded Delaware Bioscience Center for Advanced Technology (CAT) program, administered by the Delaware Biotechnology Institute.
CAT seeks to grow Delaware’s economy through innovative research and development, attracting and retaining life science businesses and helping create high-tech jobs. EPoC focuses on proof-of-concept work that connects research to business formation. Applicants must explain how their proposed research will support creation of a new business entity.
