Description
This program is designed to address the growing need for physicians and advanced practice providers with specialized expertise in the endocrinologic and reproductive health care of patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). It provides structured support for clinicians to enhance both clinical and research competencies, aiming to improve patient care and advance the field of CF endocrinology. The program offers two tracks: Academic Clinician (focused on clinical care and scholarship) and Clinical Educator (focused on expanding CF endocrine care regionally and supporting provider education). Awardees participate in mentorship, conferences, and professional development activities.
