This program funds the advanced training of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to develop leadership and expertise in the endocrinologic and reproductive health care of patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). The award aims to address the growing need for clinicians with specialized knowledge in CF-related diabetes, bone health, reproductive health, and other endocrine disorders, while also fostering clinical research and educational infrastructure in this field. Two tracks are available: Academic Clinician (with a research/scholarship focus) and Clinical Educator (focused on regional clinical capacity building and education).
