Description
The Experimental Psychology Society’s Exceptional Travel Fund helps ordinary members attend and present at the Society’s scientific meetings. It responds to the lack of institutional support available to some researchers for conference attendance, including those without an annual research allowance or access to internal funding schemes. The fund supports participation in EPS meetings rather than research projects directly.
Awards help cover travel within the UK and accommodation for the meeting period. The scheme is administered through the EPS Committee and Administrator, with reimbursement paid to individual applicants after they attend the meeting. Support is limited to practical attendance costs: subsistence and conference registration fees are not covered.
