This program funds nonprofit organizations and public entities to implement projects that address community needs and foster connection, belonging, and access to basic needs across Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Grants support a wide range of initiatives, including health and wellbeing, education and youth development, economic opportunity, quality of life, and arts and culture. The 2026 funding theme is "Building Stability and Belonging," with priority given to proposals that increase access to essentials (food, housing, healthcare, childcare, education) and create inclusive, connected communities.
