Description
The Erie Community Foundation’s Community Impact Grant Programs provide a suite of funding opportunities for nonprofit organizations working to address community-identified needs in Erie County, Pennsylvania. The Foundation’s vision is to foster a united, vibrant, and thriving region, and its grants support projects in health, education, economic growth, neighborhood and community development, and regional vitality.
