Description
This opportunity supports research projects that exploit existing data resources—qualitative or quantitative—from UK or international sources to address social and economic questions. The scheme is highly flexible in subject matter, provided the project’s primary focus is within the social sciences. Interdisciplinary and innovative proposals, including those leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools, are encouraged. The program aims to build skills and capacity for working with large and complex datasets and encourages partnerships with non-academic stakeholders to maximize policy and practical impact. Early career researchers are welcome, and projects may involve methodological development.
