Description
This scheme is designed to foster world-class scientific collaboration between Hong Kong and European researchers, focusing on areas such as food, agriculture, biosolutions (linked to the agri-food sector), climate change, and biodiversity. The funding supports joint research projects and research exchanges (mobility), enabling Hong Kong teams from University Grants Committee (UGC)-funded universities to participate in projects under the Horizon Europe framework. The program aims to leverage complementary strengths, train young researchers, and deliver impactful collaborative outcomes.
