Supported activities include health awareness raising, communication and dissemination, capacity building and training, expert collaboration and networking.
Applicants must demonstrate Union added value and commit to concrete, measurable results. Expected outputs include health promotion materials, school health literacy resources, school twinning support, training addressing non-communicable disease risk factors, healthy and sustainable diet approaches, expert guidance and peer-to-peer connections. The programme also seeks improvements in healthcare practices through patient feedback and communication with patients.
