    Description

Administered by the Open Lithuania Foundation (OLF), this call supports bilateral cooperation under the European Commission-funded CERV 2024: Support for EU values through Civic Participation project. It funds work to establish, develop, or improve collaboration between Lithuanian NGOs and advocacy-focused civil society organisations in other EU member states.

The call aims to strengthen organisational capacities and cooperation in advocacy while upholding EU values. Expected outcomes include new or stronger cross-border partnerships, enhanced advocacy skills, and mutual learning among participating organisations. Projects should also improve public understanding of EU values, including equality and the rights of persons belonging to minorities. Funding is awarded through the VERTA! programme’s second phase, covering 2025–2027.
