EIT STEM Tech Talent Induction supports structured learning programmes that introduce learners to STEM subjects, technologies, skills and career pathways. Managed by 28DIGITAL within the EU-funded Cross-KIC Entrepreneurial Education and Skills initiative, the call funds introductory experiences, practical skills development and transition or re-induction training. Activities may be online, in person or blended, including modular courses, industry challenges, regional STEM labs and training embedded in existing curricula.
Projects should respond to industry and regional skills needs, connect education with employment, and demonstrate potential for replication and scale. The primary focus is learners at ISCED Levels 3–5, particularly Vocational Education and Training (VET). Bachelor’s and master’s learners, adult learners and lifelong learners are also accepted. The initiative prioritises wider participation, including women and girls, learners from RIS countries and underserved backgrounds.
