Eurostars-3 Call 12 is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs, co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe. It supports innovative SMEs and international project partners in collaborative research, development and innovation across all fields, exclusively for civil applications. Projects should share expertise internationally and develop new products, processes or services that can be readily commercialised for European and global markets.
The programme combines centralised evaluation by independent experts with funding managed by national funding bodies. It assesses innovation, new applied knowledge, technical feasibility and the added value of international cooperation, alongside commercialisation plans, market potential, competitive advantage, and economic, environmental and societal impact.
